Here you can contribute your talents

• You organise and coordinate everything that goes on in the kitchen in collaboration with the head chef You reflect our Silt & Sand in your dealings with our guests

• You have an eye for detail in the professional preparation and creative presentation of dishes

• The development of regional and seasonal dishes is your hobbyhorse!

• You are no stranger to HACCP regulations and the implementation of Silt & Sand standards in the entire kitchen area is important to you

• You keep track of orders for food and non-food items and never let our warehouse run empty

• You take care of duty and holiday planning, as well as reporting to your team

• Regular stocktaking won't make you break a sweat

What makes you special

• Have you completed vocational training in the kitchen and have already gained some professional experience in the position of Deputy Head Chef? Great!

• With your eye for your team and your strong communication skills, you manage to motivate the other busy bees

• You have some MS Office skills and business management knowledge

• Last but not least: You want to work with us!
