You are a true organizational talent and both the process planning and the process improvement of the individual departments are close to your heart
You take responsibility for the hotel and work closely with the management team
Numbers are your hobbyhorse: you keep an eye on the budget, are responsible for cost management and ensure that the targets set are achieved in all departments
You are a warm host and always keep an eye on guest satisfaction and our service orientation
You are in regular contact with the departments and ensure a positive working environment
The implementation, review and further development of our Silt & Sand standards are important to you

What makes you special
You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a degree in hotel management
You have already gained several years of experience in managing a business
Have you already been part of a pre-opening phase and can contribute your wealth of knowledge? We would be delighted!
