• You welcome our guests with a smile and are always ready to listen as the first: r point of contact

• In the absence of the reservations department, you process incoming inquiries

• You communicate our guests' comments to the right departments, ensuring an exceptional experience

• You take care of cash management and booking services to guest accounts during your shift

• You are a team player with organizational skills for check-in and check-out

• Have you completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry? Great!

• Whether German or English - your strength lies in communication

• Do you speak other foreign languages? All the better!

• You are no stranger to working with common IT systems and you may already know how to use hotel software
