Here you can contribute your talents

• You welcome our guests with a smile and are always ready to listen as their first point of contact.

• In the absence of the reservations department, you handle incoming inquiries.

• You ensure guest feedback is relayed to the appropriate departments, creating an exceptional guest experience.

• You manage cash handling and post charges to guest accounts during your shift.

• You’re a team player with excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

• Have you completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry? Great!

• Your positive attitude is contagious, you’re enthusiastic, and you know how to inspire others.

• You’re confident and maintain a cool head, even in stressful situations.

• Your flexibility and creativity help you handle challenges with ease.

• Whether in German or English, communication is one of your greatest strengths.

• Do you speak additional languages? Even better!

• You’re familiar with common IT systems and might already know how to use hotel software.
