• Our daily reservation inquiries, whether by phone or email, are in safe hands with you

• You keep track of incoming online bookings and cancellations, as well as responding to our guest requests on all platforms

• Rate and availability data as well as monthly commission control won't make you break a sweat

• You transfer your passion for your job to those around you and reflect it in the HIIVE Experience

What makes you special

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a similar field

• Have you already gained experience in your professional field and some reservation systems and platforms? Sounds perfect, but we would also be happy to show you our systems!

• Whether German or English - communication is your strength
