Here you can contribute your talents

• You’re a night owl, welcoming our guests with a smile and always ready to listen as the first point of contact during the night.

• In the absence of the reservations department, you handle incoming inquiries.

• You communicate guest requests to the appropriate departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• You manage cash handling and post charges to guest accounts during your shift.

• Completing day-end closings, invoice checks, and reports is part of your nightly routine.

• You use the quiet hours of the night to prepare HIIVE for the next day.

What makes you special

• Have you completed vocational training in the hospitality industry? Great! If not, we’re happy to teach you the basics.

• You’re confident and keep a cool head, even in stressful situations.

• Your flexibility and creativity help you tackle challenges with ease.

• Whether in German or English, communication is one of your strengths.

• Do you speak additional languages? Even better!

• You’re familiar with common IT systems and might already know how to use hotel software.
