Here you can contribute your talents

• You welcome our guests with a smile and are always ready to listen as their first point of contact.

• In the absence of the reservations department, you handle incoming inquiries.

• You pass on guest feedback to the appropriate departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• You manage cash handling and post services to guest accounts during your shift.

• You are a team player with organisational skills, managing check-in and check-out smoothly.

• You’ve completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry? Fantastic!

• Whether in German or English – communication is one of your greatest strengths.

• Do you speak additional foreign languages? Even better!

• You’re familiar with common IT systems and might already know how to use hotel software.
